North Shore Bank Extends Relationship with First Data

Expansion adds First Data debit processing, ATM driving agreement to renewed STAR Network membership

ATLANTA, Jan. 18, 2012 – First Data Corporation, a global leader in electronic commerce and payment processing, today announced that North Shore Bank of Brookfield, Wis., has expanded its relationship with First Data, selecting the company for its debit processing solution and renewing its long-time membership with the STAR Network. North Shore Bank has also signed an ATM driving agreement that takes advantage of First Data’s customer relationship management offerings, such as transaction personalization and performance management.

North Shore Bank serves eastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois with more than 45 offices. The bank has nearly $1.8 billion in assets, supports and services over 50,000 debit cards and operates 55 ATMs. A First Data company, STAR is one of the nation’s leading electronic funds transfer (EFT) networks, with more than 2 million retail and ATM locations.
